Lovingly crafted by someone with tons of patience, this is a needlepoint that makes a statement. A large still life depicting a mug shaped vase filled to capacity with colourful blooms such as delphiniums, chrysanthemums and dahlias, with a burgundy frame flowing down the left-hand side.

Sewn in threads of blues, yellows and pinks on a dark grey and black background, with a burgundy drape flowing down on one side. A rather dramatic image that will make a statement on your wall, kitsch yes, but rather wonderful with it !

This is a good sized vintage piece, using a Rodel kit (9961) and still in the wooden frame we found it in with a thin high lighted border in a shiny gold colour. There are slight signs of age on the left hand outer edge. 

Measures: 55.5 high x 45 cm wide, including the frame.
