A proud cockerel stands watch over his hens happily pecking around the stones in this back yard. A cottage and out buildings can be seen behind them and a wooden fence nestled amongst the leafy green trees.

We've had this handstitched picture protected behind glass and framed in a jolly bright green. Wired and ready to hang wherever suits you, this tapestry will look fun in the kitchen, living room or study. And why not get the other one in a similar style called Country Cottage to make a pretty pair.

This vintage needlepoint was found for us in Puglia, over in the east side of southern Italy. Only one in stock.

Measures: 37 high x 28 cm wide, including the bright green frame.
